Your campaign data says what worked. If you can trust it.
Meta says the campaign crushed it. GA says traffic barely moved. Finance says revenue is flat. All three numbers came out of real systems, and until they’re reconciled, every budget decision is a guess.
What I do
- Reconcile platform exports against your analytics and your order data, so one number survives.
- Clean and join campaign data that lives in five downloads and nobody’s database.
- Build dashboards that report cost per outcome, not cost per click.
- Written findings: which campaigns earned their spend, which didn’t, and what the data can’t tell you yet.
What I don’t do
I don’t set up or run your ad accounts, buy media, or manage campaigns. Your team or agency does that. I make sure the numbers they report to you are numbers you can trust.
The method is proven. The lane is new.
Twenty-five years making operational data trustworthy, most of it where a wrong number meant a wrong payment. The reconciliation discipline is identical here; a worked example on a synthetic brand is in progress, and until it ships I’d rather show you the method on your own data.
