Your three most expensive data problems, in dollars, in seven days.
Data Health Snapshot — $950 flat
Something’s leaking. Chargebacks you can’t trace. Item-setup rejections that keep happening. Numbers that don’t reconcile between your system and your retailer’s. You know the data has problems — what you don’t know is which ones are costing real money and which are cosmetic.
The Snapshot answers that in seven business days, for a fixed $950.
Seven days. Three problems. Real dollars.
Start the SnapshotWhat you get
A branded PDF report covering your product master and transaction data:
- Every field audited — mixed formats, placeholder floods, phantom duplicates, misused fields, silent type coercion
- GS1/GTIN validation against your specific retailers’ requirements
- Your top three problems ranked by annualized dollar impact — not a wall of errors, a priority list
- A remediation roadmap your team can execute without me
A short recorded walkthroughwhere I talk you through the findings and answer the only question that matters: is this worth fixing, and in what order? Watch it whenever suits you — there’s no call to schedule, and follow-up questions get answered by email.
What I need from you
Two files, typically: your product master (item/SKU export) and a transaction or deduction extract. Excel or CSV, straight out of your ERP or portal. No integration, no IT project, no access to your systems.
Who it’s for
Specialty food and CPG brands doing roughly $5M–$50M, selling into national retail or about to. If you’re heading into a Walmart, Costco, UNFI, or KeHE launch — or already in one and getting chargebacks — this is the cheapest insurance you’ll buy this year.
Why $950
Because this is the front door, not the engagement. The Snapshot runs on audit tooling I’ve already built and published, which is why it takes days, not weeks. If the findings warrant a full audit, the Snapshot fee credits toward it. If they don’t, you spent $950 to learn your data is sound. Brands have paid more for worse news.
Common questions
Is this just a software report?
The tooling does the scanning; the judgment is the product. The ranking, dollar quantification, and roadmap come from 25 years of operations and incentive-fulfillment work — the software just makes it fast.
Where does our data go?
You upload through a private, expiring link rather than email, so your item master isn’t sitting in an inbox. Your files are kept isolated from other clients’ data, never used to train any model, and never seen by anyone but me. I keep a checksum of every file, so you can verify exactly what I received. Within 30 days of delivery I destroy everything and send you a certificate listing each file, its checksum, and how it was destroyed. The only thing I keep is your report.
What happens after the Snapshot?
Whatever the findings say. Sometimes it’s “fix these three fields, you’re done.” Sometimes it’s a scoped audit or a validation pipeline. About a third of Snapshots end with no further engagement — the report is designed to stand alone.
Seven days from when?
From the day I receive usable files. You’ll have the report and the recorded walkthrough within seven business days.
Can we see an example?
Yes — the worked engagements at lailarallc.com/work show the full methodology on a synthetic $25M brand, including the report formats.
